4 sprigs fresh mint
1 1/2 jigger bourbon whiskey
1 tsp sugar
Crush mint leaves and sugar in 12-ounce glass.
Fill with cracked ice and add whiskey.
Stir until glass frosts.
Decorate with sprig of mint.

Decorate with sprig of mint.
Gather tender leaves and blossoms when clovers are full grown. Dry at room temperature. When dry, rub unto small particles. Seal in jars. this will help it to retain flavor.
Add one teaspoon of clover particles to each cup of boiling water.
Brew in cup or in teapot as you would for oriental tea.
Sweeten with honey.
