1 cup cooked butter beans
1/3 cup chopped celery
3 green onions, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
4 tsp chopped pimento
4 tsp chopped parsley
4 tsp green pepper, chopped
French Dressing

Drain beans well. Chill all ingredients and combine. Toss with desired amount of French Dressing.
Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
